Happy new year from 4-Soft

In 2021 we have:

• signed a 1.300.000€ yearly contract with a Saudi Arabian company for implementation of our APIs to their system
• signed a LOIs for two additional contracts with the same Saudi Arabian company
• in talks with additional Bahrain contracts for 2022
• development ongoing
• opened three different new projects, all under the 4-Soft umbrella
• signed LOIs for 500.000€ investment for the Q1 2022 period
• signed LOIs for about 250.000€ investment for the Q2 period
• signed new development team of 90 in December
• incorporated holding company in the Netherlands (we will migrate your shares to the new holding company in the next few months)
• 30+ new development, contract, and investment partners

In 2022 we are looking forward to:

• research phase of the Phantera starting in January
• new development team starting in January
• 500.000€ round finalization by 1.2.2022
• 1.000.000€ round finalization by 1.5.2022
• 2.000.000€ round finalization by 1.10.2022
• new offices in Ljubljana and Dubai/Doha
• development completion
• Saudi Arabian contract completion
• team extension
• new contracts
• much more!
